Sara Brune, Director of Research at Visit Savannah, recently attended the Travel and Tourism Research Association Annual Conference in Greenville, South Carolina, where tourism professionals gathered to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and innovations.
During the conference, Brune participated in a panel discussion on the valuable role PhD graduates can play in the evolving tourism research landscape, especially as destinations adapt to emerging technologies and new industry challenges. The panel also featured Ashley Barfield of Future Partners and Jeremy Fairly, Senior Partner at Sojern.
