Setting Sail: Nautical Boat Club Brings Concierge Boating to the Savannah River

The Savannah Riverfront welcomed a new wave of leisure as the Nautical Boat Club celebrated its grand opening at the IGY Savannah Harbor Marina. Located at 101 Cay Plaza, the event introduced local residents and boating enthusiasts to a premium, concierge-style approach to the water. By offering members access to a fleet of high-end vessels without the maintenance, storage, or stress of traditional boat ownership, the club provides a seamless way for busy professionals to enjoy the Lowcountry waterways and access to multiple Nautical Boat Club locations across the region. Guests at the ribbon-cutting ceremony enjoyed tours of the fleet and a firsthand look at how the club simplifies access to the river, effectively “democratizing” the boating lifestyle. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Nautical Boat Club on their successful launch and welcomes this unique, effort-free maritime amenity to our vibrant waterfront community.

Four Decades of Design: FSF Architecture Expands into Savannah

Marking a significant milestone in their firm’s history, FSF Architecture has officially opened a new Savannah office to support the region’s expanding commercial and institutional landscape. Currently celebrating their 40th anniversary, the firm brings four decades of award-winning design expertise to the Lowcountry, with a portfolio spanning worship, educational, governmental, and financial facilities. Founded on the principle that exceptional design should be achievable on any budget, the firm is led by partners Jerry Fountain, Jeff Seeley, Nadine Nacy, and Stephen Moon. Their Savannah presence is rooted in the firm’s signature “Three P’s”: ensuring a principal is involved from start to finish, maintaining a proactive approach to project management, and acting as a true partner to all team members and clients. As they plant roots in Savannah, FSF Architecture is poised to leverage their legacy of personal relationship-building to help shape the next chapter of our city’s growth. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes FSF Architecture to the local business community and looks forward to the design excellence they will bring to our region’s architectural footprint.
