Savannah took center stage March 8–11 as Visit Savannah welcomed Journeys Global North America, bringing nearly 35 luxury travel buyers and 40 industry suppliers from across Europe to the destination. The event provided a valuable opportunity to showcase Savannah’s unique charm, hospitality, and high-end travel experiences to an influential international audience.

Designed to foster meaningful connections, Journeys pairs curated destination experiences with one-on-one meetings between buyers and suppliers, creating a highly personalized environment for building long-term business relationships. Throughout the week, attendees experienced Savannah firsthand through thoughtfully planned events and venues that highlighted the city’s character and appeal.

Highlights included an opening reception at Peregrine, meetings aboard the Savannah Riverboat, an evening event at Old Fort Jackson, sessions at Red Gate Farms, and a St. Patrick’s Day-themed closing celebration at Wexford Pub. These immersive experiences not only showcased Savannah’s diverse offerings but also reinforced its position as a premier destination for luxury and international travel.
