Wage & Benefits Survey Offers First Look at 2025 Workforce Data at March 10 Luncheon

Area employers will have an exclusive first look at new data shaping the region’s workforce at this month’s Industry Council Luncheon. The Chamber and RISE will unveil the 2025 Wage & Benefits Survey results, featuring key insights from nearly 60 industrial employers.

The luncheon, held on Tuesday, March 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Georgia Tech–Savannah, will highlight major year‑over‑year trends in wages, incentives, benefits, and workforce strategies across the region. As competition for talent intensifies, attendees will gain valuable insight into how employers are adjusting compensation and benefits to attract and retain workers.

Participants will hear regional findings on wage trends, health plans, shift differentials, incentive programs, and emerging benefits that are shaping today’s labor market. The session also explores broader themes identified in the survey and their implications for future workforce planning.

While the full 150‑page survey report is reserved for participating employers, this event offers a rare preview of the data and the trends influencing the region’s industrial workforce.

The program is ideal for HR professionals, operations leaders, finance executives, workforce planners, and industrial business leaders who rely on data‑driven insights.

All members are encouraged to attend. To register, please email Conni Reynolds.
