Basswood Landing Unveils Reimagined Community

The residential landscape received a refreshed look last week as Basswood Landing Apartment Homes hosted an open house to celebrate its recent rebrand and comprehensive renovations. The event, complete with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, took place on Friday, September 26th, at the community site located on 100 Shellbark Way. Basswood Landing now reflects a new vision, successfully blending modern design with serene natural beauty to offer an exceptional living experience. Guests toured newly reimagined apartment spaces and beautifully enhanced amenities during the afternoon event, getting a glimpse into the future of the community. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Basswood Landing Apartment Homes on the successful completion of this major renovation, which enhances the quality of residential offerings in the Savannah area.

The Malin Introduces Elevated Workspace to Savannah

The professional landscape of downtown Savannah gained a new, highly designed hub as The Malin Savannah celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 30. The new workspace is located at 119 MLK Jr. Blvd. Founded by SCAD alum Ciarán McGuigan, The Malin pioneers a new blend of community and convenience, offering beautifully designed communal workspaces, private offices, dedicated desks, and meeting rooms. The concept is uniquely backed by hospitality-driven service, aiming to support the diverse needs of Savannah’s entrepreneurs, established businesses, and creatives. Guests at the opening enjoyed coffee by Origin and pastries from Unforgettable Bakery. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates The Malin Savannah on its successful debut and welcomes this distinctive, service-oriented venue to the Historic District.

Fitness on Broughton will celebrate its relaunch and gallery opening on Friday October 10th at 6:30pm. After being purchased and reenvisioned by owner Marc Cohen as a place where Savannah’s high achievers and art patrons can train and find a refuge in the heart of the Historic District, FoB has been refreshed and its lobby transformed into a showcase for local artists to display their works. After being a staple of the downtown fitness scene for years, this much overdue refresh has resulted in a tremendous outpouring of support and growth and this is our way of providing a true community space for our members and guests to gather, train and form new bonds. We look forward to being a part of this community for years to come and hosting exhibits and other cultural events that bring a sense of creativity and excellence to our little area of southeast GA.
