Powering Savannah’s Future: The Sack Company Expands Local Operations

Savannah’s industrial capacity takes a significant step forward this week as The Sack Company, a Kassel Company, celebrates the expansion of its local footprint. Community members and industry partners are invited to join the team for a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 107 E. Lathrop Ave. With a long-standing legacy of craftsmanship, The Sack Company serves as a critical partner for the region’s infrastructure, specializing in complex MEPF solutions—including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. This expansion strengthens their commitment to providing industrial and commercial HVAC and electrical services essential to keeping Savannah’s facilities operating without interruption. Beyond their technical expertise, the company is also championing workforce development in the Lowcountry by prioritizing mentorship in the skilled trades, ensuring the next generation of technicians has the tools and training to succeed. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates The Sack Company on this strategic expansion and applauds their dedication to both technical excellence and the growth of our local workforce.

Roots of Revitalization: The Jardin Unveils Flexible Living on Montgomery Street

Savannah’s residential landscape is evolving, and The Jardin is at the forefront of that change. The community invited local leaders to celebrate its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2613 Montgomery St. The festivities included an open house and viewing party, offering a firsthand look at this premier residential destination. Serving as a cornerstone of local revitalization, The Jardin brings a fresh perspective to housing by offering a flexible model that adapts to the diverse needs of the Hostess City. Whether providing a short-term sanctuary for visitors or a long-term home for local professionals, the development is built on the philosophy that a living space should offer both comfort and community connection. By blending sustainable architecture with a commitment to regional growth, The Jardin aims to cultivate an environment where residents can flourish personally and professionally. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates The Jardin on its debut and welcomes this innovative, community-centered addition to the Montgomery Street corridor. We hope you will join us in celebrating this new chapter for Savannah living.
